Wednesday - 8. Track with Judy at 6:00 a.m. (!). 5x1200. 5:02. 4:59. 4:54. 4:53. 4:49.
Thursday - 11. New run around Platte and Ruby Hill. It definitely got me breathing hard!
Friday - 10. City Park.
Saturday - 16. Regular long run on Highline - Quincy - Highline.
